We want you to be completely satisfied with your Thermomix® purchase; if you are not, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All returned products must be in their original packaging and include all accessories and documentation.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our Customer Care team or log into your account portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Device
Securely place the Thermomix® and all included accessories into the original shipping box to ensure safe transit back to our facility.
Attach Shipping Label
Affix the prepaid return shipping label provided by our team to the outside of the box, ensuring any previous labels are covered.
Receive Your Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned unit, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
